The City of Jacksonville and its citizens celebrated, commemorated, and elevated the 200th anniversary of its June 15, 1822 founding with a community festival on Saturday, June 11, ending with a fireworks display. It was a grand event! But, as the saying goes, when the party's over what will remain to remind Jacksonville of this momentous occasion?

You can be part of the bicentennial's legacy by contributing to a gorgeous custom-made bronze bell, to be placed in a central downtown location. Once fully sponsored, the date for the unveiling of the bell in a granite structure will be determined. The structure will include a listing of those who graciously recognized the significance and importance of this permanent monument.

Upon receipt of your generous donation, you will receive a form requesting how you wish your name (or company name) to be inscribed. Minimum donation for recognition is $1,000 for individuals/families or $2,500 for organizations. Note: Donations under $1,000 will be listed collectively as from "The Citizens of Jacksonville, Florida."
