Coming Soon! Music at the Jacksonville History Center
Join us at the opening night reception of "So You Think You Know Jax Music?" -- an introduction to a future music exhibit at the Jacksonville History Center. The temporary exhibit will be on display at the Beaches Museum, July 14-August 6, 2023.
Hosted by The Beaches Museum, this exhibit will provide visitors with a taste of what's in store at the Jacksonville History Center. Currently under construction, the history center will reside in a century-old three-story brick building at Palmetto and Duval Streets in downtown Jacksonville. The former Florida Casket Company building will be reconfigured for the history center and will include space for the Jacksonville Historical Society archive and research center, an event venue, and exhibit space.
